Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns for defective products only. To initiate a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Please contact our customer service team at info@veloracollection.com to start the return process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

About Us

We’re two pet owner moms who, like many of you, were tired of constantly battling pet hair in our homes. Between busy schedules and taking care of our families and furry companions, we needed a solution that actually worked—and didn’t take up all our time.

That’s why we came together and created the FurFreeSweep. It’s designed with pet owners in mind, making it easy to remove even the most stubborn fur from carpets, rugs, and floors. We wanted something that would truly make a difference in our daily lives, and we’re proud to share it with you through the Velora Collection, named after our 2 shedding dogs: Velvet and Nora.

Our mission is simple: to help other pet owners like us spend more time enjoying their pets and less time cleaning up after them. We’re so excited to bring you a product that makes keeping a fur-free home easier than ever!
